There is no instruction, no method and no lesson. A voice describes a room, a shore, a corridor. Your body slows down because it has nothing to do. What you see is yours — nobody here will tell you what it means.
Each recording is twelve to fifteen minutes long and is delivered as an MP3 file you download and keep. Lie down, put the phone face down and close your eyes.

What exactly do I receive?
MP3 audio files, one per recording, twelve to fifteen minutes each. Nothing physical is shipped.
How and when do I get them?
Immediately after payment you receive an email with a link to your own page, where you can listen or download the files. Delivery is automatic and usually takes under a minute. Full details on our Delivery page.
What currency are the prices in?
US dollars (USD). VAT is included where it applies, and is calculated at checkout based on your country.
Will it work on my phone?
Yes. Any phone, tablet or computer that plays MP3, which is all of them. Audio keeps playing when the screen is locked.
Is this a subscription?
No. You pay once. There is no renewal, no recurring charge and nothing to cancel.
Does my access expire?
No. Download the files and they are yours regardless of what happens to this website.
What if I don't like it?

Is this therapy or medical treatment?
No. These recordings are for relaxation and reflection. They are not medical or psychological treatment and are not a substitute for professional care. Do not listen while driving or operating machinery.

One person, in a quiet room. The images came first and the words came after. That is as much as is useful to know.
