Delivery Policy

Everything is digital

GÓR sells audio recordings as MP3 files. There is no physical product, nothing is posted or couriered, and there are no shipping costs, customs charges or delivery addresses.

How you receive your files

As soon as your payment is confirmed, an email is sent to the address you used at checkout. It contains a link to your own page on this website, where you can listen to every recording you bought and download the MP3 files.

How long it takes

Delivery is automatic and normally takes less than one minute. Allow up to one hour at busy times.

If the email does not arrive

1. Check your spam or promotions folder.
2. Check that the address you typed at checkout was correct.
3. Write to tomas.kosacik@gmail.com from the address you paid with and we will resend it. We reply within two business days.

Keeping your files

Your page does not expire. We still recommend downloading the MP3 files to your own device so that you keep them regardless of what happens to this website.

What you need

Any phone, tablet or computer that can play MP3 audio, and an internet connection to download. Nothing needs to be installed.

Worldwide, wherever payment can lawfully be accepted.
