We sell guided audio meditations as digital downloads. Each product consists of one or more MP3 audio files, twelve to fifteen minutes each. There is no physical product and nothing is shipped.
Products are sold for a single payment in US dollars. There is no subscription, no recurring charge and nothing to cancel. Access does not expire.
Prices are displayed in US dollars (USD) and include VAT where it applies. The exact amount payable, including any tax, is shown before you confirm your order.
Orders are processed by Lemon Squeezy, LLC, which acts as the merchant of record for all purchases made through this website. Lemon Squeezy handles payment, invoicing and the collection and remittance of applicable sales tax and VAT. We accept major credit and debit cards and PayPal. We never receive or store your card details.

When you buy a product, we grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to listen to the recordings for your own private use, for an unlimited time.

These recordings are for relaxation and reflection. They are not therapy, medical treatment or psychological advice, and they are not a substitute for professional care. If you have a mental or physical health condition, speak to a qualified professional before using them.
Do not listen while driving, operating machinery or doing anything else that requires your attention. You are responsible for how and where you use them.

We aim to keep the website and your files available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, add to or withdraw individual recordings. If we withdraw something you have already bought, we will make it available to you for download on request. We recommend downloading your files and keeping your own copy.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability where the law does not allow it to be limited. Subject to that, our total liability to you in connection with a product is limited to the amount you paid for it.
We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time of your purchase is the one that applies to that purchase.
These terms are governed by the law of the Czech Republic. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence. EU consumers may use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. The competent supervisory body for consumer disputes in the Czech Republic is the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce, coi.cz).
