If the recordings are not what you hoped for, write to tomas.kosacik@gmail.com within 14 days of your purchase and we will refund you in full. You do not need to give a reason.
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance purchase. For digital content delivered immediately, that right ends once delivery has begun, provided you gave your express consent and acknowledged that you would lose the right. You give that consent at checkout, before payment.
We nevertheless offer the voluntary 14-day refund described above, which goes beyond what the law requires of us.
Email tomas.kosacik@gmail.com from the address you used to buy, and tell us your order number. We confirm within two business days.
Refunds are issued by Lemon Squeezy, LLC, the merchant of record for your purchase, to the payment method you used. Depending on your bank, the money usually appears within five to ten business days. We do not charge any fee for a refund.
Once a refund is issued, your access to the files ends and the licence granted in our Terms of Service is withdrawn.
There is nothing to cancel. All products are a single payment with no subscription and no recurring charge.
We may decline a refund where there is clear evidence that a purchase was made in order to copy or redistribute the recordings, or where the same customer has repeatedly bought and refunded.
If a file will not download or will not play, that is not a refund question — write to us and we will fix it. This does not affect your statutory rights in respect of faulty digital content.
