If you only visit and listen to the free recording: we do not ask you for anything. No account, no email. Our analytics and advertising tools may record that a visit happened, which page was seen and whether the recording was started — see section 4.
If you buy something: we receive your email address and the country used for tax purposes, so that we can deliver your files, issue your invoice and answer support requests. We do not receive or store your card details at any point.
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, LLC, which acts as the merchant of record and as an independent controller of the payment data you enter. Your card details go to their payment processor, not to us. Their privacy policy is available at lemonsqueezy.com.
We use advertising and measurement tools, which may include Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and TikTok, to understand whether our advertising works. These tools may set cookies or similar identifiers and may record events such as a page view, the start of a recording or a completed purchase.
These tools load only after you accept them in the banner shown on your first visit. You can change your mind at any time by clearing cookies for this site or through your browser settings. Declining does not limit what you can do here.
Order and accounting records are kept for as long as the law requires, currently ten years. Support emails are kept for up to three years. Analytics data is kept according to the retention settings of each tool, typically up to two years.
We share data only with the services needed to run GÓR: Lemon Squeezy (payments, invoicing, delivery emails), our hosting and file delivery providers, and the advertising and analytics tools named above. Some of these are outside the European Economic Area; in those cases transfers rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or on an adequacy decision.
We never sell your data.
Under the GDPR you may ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or transfer it elsewhere. You may object to processing based on legitimate interest, and you may withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing already carried out.

If you believe we have handled your data wrongly, you can complain to the Czech data protection authority, Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů (uoou.gov.cz), or to the authority in your own country.
GÓR is not intended for people under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has given us data, write to us and we will delete it.
